- Remove lid – the mixture should be thick and creamy. Using a spoon or small spatula, scrape the mixture into a bowl.
- Add your chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and crushed graham crackers on top and enjoy!

Swaps or Alternatives
I used 1st Phorm Level-1 protein powder in the flavor chocolate marshmallow, however, you can use any protein powder you have on hand. However, I don’t recommend using a cheap protein powder as your protein ice cream will not come out as smooth, creamy, and tasty as when you use a premium protein powder.Â
Chocolate protein powder or vanilla protein powder can be used in place of chocolate marshmallow.
Quick Tip(s)
Xantham gum is a wonderful way to get thick, creamy smoothies and shakes, but too much can result in a weird texture. Be mindful of how much you’re adding!
If your protein ice cream comes out a little too thin, add a few more ice cubes to your blender and re-blend until you get your desired consistency.
