Who doesn't love a cold popsicle on a hot summer afternoon? Even as an adult, I find myself craving popsicles poolside all summer. Ever since I grabbed an inexpensive popsicle mold off Amazon, I've been making and enjoying cold, creamy, macro-balanced popsicles from home!

Equipment

  • 1 High-speed blender
  • Popsicle mold
  • Popsicle sticks

Ingredients

  • 2 cups strawberries, frozen or fresh
  • ¼ cup nonfat vanilla greek yogurt
  • ½ cup 2% milk

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine strawberries, Greek yogurt, and milk. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top.
  • Gently insert popsicle sticks into the molds.
  • Place the molds in the freezer for 4-6 hours, or until completely frozen.
  • Once frozen, remove the popsicles from molds and enjoy!

Notes

For added texture and bursts of strawberry flavor, consider adding small pieces of chopped strawberries into the molds before pouring the mixture.
To easily remove the popsicles from the molds, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds. This helps loosen the popsicles and makes them easier to enjoy.
