Who doesn't love a cold popsicle on a hot summer afternoon? Even as an adult, I find myself craving popsicles poolside all summer. Ever since I grabbed an inexpensive popsicle mold off Amazon, I've been making and enjoying cold, creamy, macro-balanced popsicles from home!

Macro Friendly Strawberries and Cream Popsicle
Equipment
- 1 High-speed blender
- Popsicle mold
- Popsicle sticks
Ingredients
- 2 cups strawberries, frozen or fresh
- ¼ cup nonfat vanilla greek yogurt
- ½ cup 2% milk
Instructions
- In a blender, combine strawberries, Greek yogurt, and milk. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top.
- Gently insert popsicle sticks into the molds.
- Place the molds in the freezer for 4-6 hours, or until completely frozen.
- Once frozen, remove the popsicles from molds and enjoy!
