  • Add protein powder, greek yogurt, cocoa powder, sugar substitute, and 2 tbsp. of Lite Cool Whip to a small mixing bowl and stir until well combined.
  • Split the pie filling mixture into two and distribute evenly between two mini graham cracker pie crusts, smoothing the filling out at the top.
  • Add 1 tbsp. of Lite Cool Whip to the top of each pie, smoothing over top of the chocolate mixture. Sprinkle mini chocolate chips evenly over both pies and enjoy!

Notes or special instructions:
If you can’t find the exact yogurt flavor used in this recipe, you can choose any flavor you’d like or even a plain greek yogurt will do. To increase the chocolatey-ness of the flavor, you might need to add additional cocoa powder. To make this recipe dairy-free, use a non-dairy yogurt option and a vegan protein powder.
Feel free to add any topping you wish! Crushed Oreos are a good replacement for chocolate chips.
TIP: Place your mini pie in the freezer for 10-15 minutes right before eating! Otherwise, you can store yor pies in the refrigerator until ready to eat.
