Instructions

  • Take the 2 Oreo cookies and place them in a resealable plastic bag. Seal the bag and use a rolling pin to crush it into a fine powder.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine 1 scoop protein powder with ¼ cup of unsweetened almond milk. Stir the mixture until it forms a smooth and thick consistency. Add Greek Yogurt and mix thoroughly.
  • In a small container or bowl, begin assembling the dirt cups by adding a layer of crushed Oreos to the bottom. Next, spoon the pudding mixture on top of the cookies. Finally, top the pudding with the remaining crushed Oreos.
  • Place 3-5 gummy worms on top of your dirt cup to add a fun and playful garnish. For a thicker pudding, refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

To save on calories and carbs, consider swapping regular Oreos for Oreo thins and eliminating the gummy worms.
If planning to make multiple protein dirt cups at once, simply multiply the ingredients by the number of dirt cups you’d like to make.
