1. Strawberry Cream Cheese

  • 1 plain rice cake
  • 1 tbsp. Strawberry cream cheese
  • 3 large strawberries, sliced

How to make:

  1. Spread strawberry cream cheese on top of rice cake.
  2. Slice strawberries into thin coins.
  3. Lay strawberries on top of cream cheese & enjoy!

2. Turkey & Cheese

Ingredients:

  • 1 plain rice cake
  • 1 Laughing Cow Light cheese wedge
  • 2 oz. deli sliced turkey breast

How to make:

  1. Spread Laughing Cow cheese wedge on top of rice cake.
  2. Fold the deli turkey, add on top of the cheese layer, & enjoy!

3. Spicy Buffalo Chicken

  • 1 plain rice cake
  • 2 tbsp. Buffalo sauce
  • 1 oz. cooked, shredded chicken
  • 1 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese

How to make:
