FOUNDER | NASM CERTIFIED MACRO COACH

I’m a mom of two, a wife of 10+ years, and the founder & CEO of Fit Healthy Macros. I’m a NASM Certified Macro Coach, ISSA Nutritionist, and ACE Personal Trainer. I found macros & strength training 5+ years ago and never looked back! Through learning about macros and how to move my body in a way that BUILT it instead of tearing it down, I finally found the freedom I so desperately desired. I can’t wait to share my knowledge and experience with macros, healthy habits, fitness, and mindset with you so that you, too, can enjoy the freedom that comes with sustainability and balance.

When not working, you can find Jessie at the dog park with her husband and pup, playing in her garden, and scoping out new restaurants!

Chelsea is the founder, owner, and content creator at NUWLi, a virtual nutrition private practice. She resides in North Carolina, but strives to connect with women all over the world and provide them with healthy recipes, wellness resources, and nutrition support. As a Registered Dietitian, Chelsea's goal is to not only share simple, satisfying, and healthy recipes, but also provide individualized support for anyone struggling with their nutrition habits.

This app has everything nutrition and exercise you need. She has weekly meal plans as well as each meal has its own printable recipe card!! You have the super detailed workouts with a short visual clip of how to do that exercise! You can schedule your workouts and meals in the calendar. The price of the monthly membership is well worth what you pay.

Really enjoying the app. Workouts are great. I like that you give a 30 or 60 minute option for all workouts plus an option for full body if you want to do those instead of splits. The recipes are great also. I love that you provide pdf’s to print. You really give a lot of value for the price. I highly recommend trying this app. I don’t think you will be disappointed!
