Protein Pina Colada Smoothie
Equipment
- 1 High-speed blender
- 1 Tall serving glass
- 1 Straw and/or long spoon
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1/4 cup Lite coconut milk
- 1/4 tsp Coconut extract
- 1 cup Frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I recommend 1st Phorm Level-1 or Clean Simple Eats (code TAMI))
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to high speed blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Transfer to a drinking glass and enjoy!! Garnish with shredded coconut and more fruit, if desired.
