No Bake Protein Granola Bar
Equipment
- 1 8×8 pan
- 1 Large mixing bowl
- 1 Small microwave-safe bowl
- 1 Mixing Spoon or Spatula
Ingredients
- 3 cups Rolled oats
- 1 1/2 cups vanilla protein powder
- 1 cup Creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup Sugar-free maple syrup
- 1/2 cup Mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Line an 8 x 8 pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine your oats and protein powder and mix well. In a microwave safe bowl, add your peanut butter and maple syrup and microwave for 15 seconds until the peanut butter has softened. Whisk together until smooth and thick.
