Equipment

  • 1 Large mixing bowl
  • 1 Small microwave-safe bowl
  • 1 Mixing Spoon or Spatula

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups Rolled oats
  • 1 1/2 cups vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup Creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup Sugar-free maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup Mini chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Line an 8 x 8 pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine your oats and protein powder and mix well. In a microwave safe bowl, add your peanut butter and maple syrup and microwave for 15 seconds until the peanut butter has softened. Whisk together until smooth and thick.
  • Add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Pour the mixture into the lined pan and press down on top until smooth and compact. Place the bars in the fridge for at least an hour to firm up. Once firm, slice into 20 bars. Enjoy!

Notes
