  • 1 Large mixing bowl
  • 1 Large wooden spoon
  • 1 Small Mixing Bowl
  • 1 whisk


  • 1 15-ounce can chickpeas drained, rinsed
  • ½ cup red onion, chopped
  • 3 mini Persian cucumbers, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½ cup crumbled feta, reduced fat
  • ¼ cup Greek dressing
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste


  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained and rinsed chickpeas, chopped red onion, mini Persian cucumbers, and halved cherry tomatoes.
  • Gently toss the ingredients together until well mixed.
  • Add the crumbled feta to the salad and continue tossing to distribute the cheese evenly throughout.
  • Drizzle the Greek dressing over the salad and toss once again to ensure everything is coated in the dressing.
  • Taste the salad and season with salt and black pepper to your preference. Adjust the seasoning as needed.
