Macro-Friendly Everything Bagel Dip
Equipment
- 1 Mixing bowl
- 1 Spatula
- Measuring cups and spoons
- 1 Airtight container for storing
Ingredients
- 8 oz Whipped cream cheese
- 1/2 cup Plain greek yogurt
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 2 tbsp Everything bagel seasoning Plus more for topping!
Instructions
- In a bowl, put the cream cheese and Greek yogurt. Mix them together until it's smooth.
- Add the onion powder and everything bagel seasoning to the mixture. Stir it in nicely.
- (Optional): You can put the dip in the fridge for about 30 minutes if you want. It will taste even better, but you can also eat it right away.
- Before serving, sprinkle more everything bagel seasoning on top to make it taste and look better. Enjoy the dip with chips, veggies, or crackers!
