Nothing says fall quite like apple cider, and what better way to enjoy it than with a refreshing, low-calorie sangria? I wanted a seasonal drink that could deliver all the cozy, comforting flavors of fall—without the extra sugar and calories that usually come with it.

This Apple Cider Sangria is light, crisp, and packed with warm cinnamon, fresh apples, and a smooth blend of white wine and brandy. It’s perfect for a cozy night in, fall get-togethers, or even meal prep for an autumn-inspired weekend treat.

3 Reasons Why You'll Love This Recipe

  1. Less than 200 calories per glass. Traditional sangria is often loaded with sugar, but this version keeps it light and macro-friendly.
  2. Tastes like fall in a glass. If you love the warm, crisp flavors of apple cider, cinnamon, and juicy apples, this drink is for you.
  3. Customizable to your taste. Add a splash of sparkling water for a bubbly twist or a drizzle of honey if you like it a little sweeter.

What Makes This Macro-Friendly?

Most sangria recipes pack in extra sugar, but this version keeps things light and balanced by using apple cider for natural sweetness and limiting unnecessary added sugars.
