There's a reason why you've probably seen this viral protein muffin recipe all over the internet lately – it's THAT good. In this latest rendition, I made a batch of Strawberry Banana Protein Muffins, which are phenomenal!
If you're someone who struggles to hit their protein goal and likes to have quick, easy snacks on hand for busy days, these muffins are the perfect fit. I've already shared a couple of other flavors, including Double Chocolate and Blueberry, so make sure you check those out, too.
Ready to prep a batch of ridiculously simple muffins that'll help you stay on track this week? Let's do it!
3 Reasons Why You'll Love This Recipe
- They're a meal prep masterpiece. I'll be the first to tell you that weekly meal prepping just isn't my thing, I prefer to make things as I go, however, when it comes to something as simple and tasty as these muffins, I'm happy to prep a batch or two to have on hand for the week.
- They're great for breakfast. Skip the Dunkin Donuts muffins that are loaded with sugar and calories and eat a couple of these instead! Two of these muffins plus a container of high-protein Greek yogurt packs a mean punch of protein in no time at all.
- You can share them with the whole family (although you might not want to). My kids love these muffins and so does my husband. I make a double batch because they go to quickly in my house!
