Have you seen Gruns Gummies floating around social media lately? I certainly have. In fact, some of my favorite social follows have been promoting them.
As we all know by now, just because an influencer or celebrity is singing the praises of a brand or product doesn’t necessarily mean it’s a great product. Unfortunately, more often than not these days, it means that influencer is being paid quite a lot to promote it.
But that’s not to say that every product they promote is bad or that every influencer only cares about making money. Sometimes, they’re out there promoting a great product that they legitimately own, use, and love.
I hope that’s the case with Gruns Gummies because these little gummy bears might just be the best thing that’s happened in the “greens” space in years. I tried Gruns and am here to report back on my findings (the good and the bad).
Why I Tried Gruns
Aside from the fact that I was seeing Gruns all over the place, I dedicated to give these Greens Gummies a try because I don’t like greens powders at all. I have tried over a dozen different greens powders over the last few years and I always come up with the same conclusion: yuck.
Clean Simple Eats makes the only greens powder that I can bear to drink (they actually taste great!), but the fact that the liquid is still a green color just gives me the ick. Just being honest here.
Another fun fact about me is that I love gummies. If there’s any supplement that’s available in gummy form, I’m always going to pick it. Sure, they might not be as effective or concentrated as their capsule or powered counterparts, but gummies are fun and enjoyable to take, so for me they win every time.
Since I was having trouble stomaching transitional greens powders and I definitely don’t get enough leafy greens in my diet on the daily, I decided to throw all caution to the wind and give Gruns a try.
First Impression
I got my box, opened it up, grabbed my first packet of gummies, and tore into them. They are green in color, so I was a tad skeptical, however, they taste absolutely nothing like greens. Like not even the faintest hint of anything leafy and healthy.

Gruns have a sweet, almost tropical fruit flavor to them. Texture-wise, they’re pretty good – not the softest, plumpest gummy I’ve ever had, but not the hardest and chewiest either. It’s actually impressive that they pack so many into those gummies and still manage to make them taste good and be pleasant to eat.

Results/Effects
So the big question is; do these greens gummies actually provide any benefits? Results? Side effects? Well, here’s my experience.
I started taking Gruns daily once I got them. At first, I didn’t notice anything, just that I was getting to eat a little packet of gummies every day and that it felt like a treat. About a week into taking them consistently, I noticed that my stool changed (TMI maybe? But I want to be honest here). My stool was darker and regular. I wasn’t really having a problem with regularity, but then again, I definitely noticed I was more regular when taking Gruns.
The changes to stool and regularity were really the only differences I noticed. I also maybe felt more energy? Hard to pinpoint the cause of that. Other than that,I felt a little “healthier” knowing that I was ingesting more greens and vitamins than I would normally.
I find it very hard to quantify or claim any kind of particular benefits from a product such as this as there really aren’t ever going to be drastic changes or results. I think the benefit of a product like Gruns is having the peace of mind that you’re adding some additional nutrients to your diet that you might be missing. It gives you the feeling of health and like you’re on the right track – you hope the nutrients are going where they need to and are promoting longevity.
Things I Love vs. Things I Don’t
Alright, there are some things I really love about Gruns as well as some things that I don’t care for. First, I love that Gruns taste really good and that I look forward to taking them daily. I can honestly say that it’s the first time I’ve ever looked forward to taking a greens supplement and it’s the only one I’ve been this consistent with.

Second, I really like that they provide them in single-serve pouches like a regular pack of gummies. The pouches make it easy to take these on the go and I never forget to take them.

Thirdly, I love Gruns because they also make a kid's product. When I bought my Gruns Gummies, I also grabbed a box of Gruns Cubs for my kids. They like the taste just as much as I do! And they were definitely not fans of greens powders, so this was a win in the nutrition department for us. My kids are picky eaters, so I know with 100% certainty that they don’t always get what they need from their diet.
Now onto the things that I don’t love about Gruns. First, I wish it were JUST a greens supplement, not an “everything” supplement (vitamins, adaptogens, minerals, etc.) I already had a multivitamin that I really liked, but with taking Gruns, I had to discontinue using it as I would be doubling up on dosages. Same for my kids. I’m sure a lot of people would see this as a big plus (everything in one supplement means less to remember and is more cost-effective), however, I would prefer the option to take a “just greens” option. I’m probably alone on this, but I wanted to share.
The only other thing that I don’t love about Gruns is that the cost feels steep. At $79.99 per month, it’s a sizeable amount to spend on a supplement, however, I am aware that this is an all-in-one supplement, which could easily replace a bunch of others. If I were to do the math, I’m sure there’s some savings here by switching to Gruns as your one-stop-shop for daily wellness. But I’d be lying if I told you I wasn’t a little bummed at the price (although, what else would I expect? I pay just as much for protein powder lol).
That’s It!
Ok, that’s pretty much all I’ve got to say for now on Gruns. Overall, really smart product that’s clearly about to blow up based on the number of influencing hands I’ve seen them in lately. I am very happy with the taste and convenience of them. I feel fine taking them and giving them to my kids (& my kids like them, so that’s an automatic win).
I would say I would come back and do an update on results, but I’m not sure there will be anything substantial to report back. Better digestion is a big benefit I’ve noticed so far and I love that I feel like I contributed to my overall health.
Since I am a fan of Gruns, I reached out to see if I could partner with them to offer you a discount. They said yes, which is always cool, so if you use my link you’ll get a good deal and I’ll get a little bit of a kickback (just trying to be honest here). I don’t take on many partnerships, but when I do, it helps to support the blog and all the things we create here at Fit Healthy Macros to help you live a sustainable healthy life. Thank you so much for the support.
And if you try these, come back and leave me a comment about what you think! I’d love to hear your feedback.
