My fyp has been blowing up lately with this viral Teddy Graham Latte. Naturally, I wanted to put a macro-friendly spin on it by cranking up the protein. The result is a Teddy Graham Protein Latte that's almost too good to be true.

Between the sweet, comforting flavor and the 21g of protein, this is the kind of drink that you can feel great about sipping on.

P.S. If you like protein coffee drinks, give my Chocolate Protein Cold Brew a try (it's one of my favorites!)

3 Reasons Why You'll Love This Recipe

  1. It gives serious Teddy Graham vibes. They didn't name this a “Teddy Graham” latte for nothing – this combination of ingredients gives you the cozy and comforting flavors of Teddy Graham.
  2. It's cost-effective. Have you seen the latte prices at the drive-thru lately? It's hard to believe we're paying $7+ for a coffee these days. Make this one at home and I promise you won't feel like you're missing out on anything.
  3. It's an easy 21g of protein. I know so many of us struggle with hitting our daily protein goal, so let's make it really simple by adding a protein-rich coffee to our day that also doubles as a sweet treat.
