- 1 High-speed blender
- 1 Serving bowl
- 1 Spatula
Ingredients
- 1 cup Low-fat cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup Nonfat or low-fat plain Greek yogurt
- 3 tbsp Hot sauce
- 2 1/4 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper, or more to taste
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
