High Protein Cottage Cheese Queso Dip
Equipment
- 1 High-speed blender
- 1 Measuring cups
Ingredients
- 16 oz. Low-fat cottage cheese I used Good Culture brand
- 10 oz. Can Rotel Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies
- 1 cup Reduced-fat shredded Mexican cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add cottage cheese, shredded cheese, and Rotel to a high-speed blender or food processor.
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy (cottage cheese is fully incorporated)
- Add salt, pepper, and additional seasoning to taste.
- Warm dip in microwave for 15 second intervals, stirring in between each interval. When warmed through, enjoy with your favorite dippers!
