  • 1 Salad bowl
  • 1 whisk
  • 1 Small bowl
  • 1 Knife and cutting board
  • 1 Measuring cups and spoons
  • 1 Serving utencils

Ingredients
  

For the Salad

  • 5 oz. Spring mix
  • 1 medium Apple, cored & diced
  • 1/4 cup Dried cranberries
  • 1/8 cup Pecan halves

For the Dressing

  • 1/4 cup Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. Olive oil
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

For the Dressing

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the Balsamic vinegar and olive oil until well combined. Salt and pepper to desired taste.
  • Set the dressing aside for later use.

For the Salad

  • In a large salad bowl, combine the spring mix, diced apple, dried cranberries, and pecan halves.
  • Drizzle the prepared Balsamic dressing over the salad.
  • Gently toss the salad to evenly coat the ingredients with the dressing.
  • Serve the autumn salad immediately and enjoy!

Notes

You can use any variety of apple you prefer, such as Granny Smith or Honeycrisp, depending on your taste.
