Crisp apples, tangy cranberries, and crunchy pecans come together in this Easy Autumn Salad, a light yet flavorful dish that perfectly complements any fall meal. Whether you're serving it as a side or topping it with protein for a quick and balanced meal, this recipe is an effortless way to enjoy the best flavors of the season.
Why I Made This Recipe
Fall is my favorite time of year for seasonal flavors and crisp, refreshing salads. While hearty comfort foods tend to take over the season, I wanted something lighter but still packed with warm, cozy flavors. This salad is fresh, simple, and super versatile—perfect as a side dish or as a meal when topped with chicken, salmon, or even tofu!
3 Reasons Why You'll Love This Recipe
- Fresh fall flavors – The mix of sweet apples, tart cranberries, and crunchy pecans delivers the perfect seasonal bite.
- Ready in 10 minutes – No cooking required, just chop, toss, and enjoy!
- Easily customizable – Add your favorite protein or throw in some cheese for extra flavor—feta, goat cheese, or blue cheese work great.
What Makes It Macro-Friendly?
This salad is light, nutrient-dense, and easy to adjust based on your macros. Apples provide natural carbs, pecans add healthy fats, and adding a protein source like grilled chicken or tofu makes it a well-balanced meal.
