Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Non-fat vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop Vanilla protein powder (~30g)
  • 1 tbsp Powdered peanut butter
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp Swerve brown sugar (or sweetener of choice)
  • 1 tbsp Mini chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp Mini M&Ms
  • 1 tbsp Oats (optional, for texture)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, vanilla protein powder, PB2, vanilla extract, and Swerve brown sugar. Stir well until the mixture is smooth and fully incorporated.
  • Stir in the mini chocolate chips, mini M&Ms, and oats. If you'd like a more cookie-like taste, a pinch of salt can enhance the flavors.
  • Enjoy immediately by dipping apple slices, pretzels, or graham crackers, or simply eat it straight out of the bowl.
