  • 1 Fork
  • 1 parchment paper
  • 1 Large sheet pan
  • Serving plates/bowls

Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (4 oz each)
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ cup Italian breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F and line your sheet pan with parchment paper.
  • In a shallow dish, whisk the egg. In another shallow dish, combine the breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Dip each chicken breast into the whisked egg and then into the breadcrumb mixture, making sure to coat evenly on both sides.
  • Place the coated chicken on the baking sheet
  • Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for approximately 20 minutes or until fully cooked and golden.
  • Remove the chicken from the oven. Serve with your choice of pasta and sauce or a side salad. Enjoy!
