Equipment

  • 1 High-speed blender
  • 1 Tall serving glass
  • 1 Straw and/or long spoon

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/4 cup Lite coconut milk
  • 1/4 tsp Coconut extract
  • 1 cup Frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I recommend 1st Phorm Level-1 or Clean Simple Eats (code TAMI))

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to high speed blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Transfer to a drinking glass and enjoy!! Garnish with shredded coconut and more fruit, if desired.

Notes

Feel free to add any additional fruits you prefer to customize the flavor of your pina colada i.e. frozen strawberries, mango, etc.
