Equipment

  • 1 High speed blender or food processor
  • 1 Spatula
  • Measuring cups and spoons

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Pineapple, frozen
  • 1 small Banana, frozen
  • 2 oz. Low-fat milk (I used Fairlife)
  • 3 oz. Vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop Vanilla protein powder I used Clean Simple Eats, code TAMI saves you

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a food processor or high-powered blender.
  • Blend the mixture until smooth, pausing to scrape down the sides as needed.
  • Stop when the mixture becomes creamy and increases in volume significantly, doubling or even tripling in size.
  • Divide dole whip between bowls and serve!
  • Optional: For a firmer texture resembling ice cream, transfer the mixture to a freezer-safe container and freeze for 1-2 hours before scooping and serving.
