Macro Friendly Strawberries & Cream Overnight Oats

Tami Smith
When I was a kid, my favorite kind of oatmeal was the Quacker Strawberries & Cream variety (I also liked peaches & cream!), so I decided to make an adult version of my childhood favorite that included a more robust nutrient profile and lots of protein! This Strawberries & Cream Overnight Oats recipe is the perfect way to start your day. Meal prep a few of these and enjoy a delicious, filling, and utterly satisfying breakfast for days!

Equipment

  • 1 Jar with lid - I love these ones bc they come with a spoon, but a mason jar or Tupperware will work great, too!
  • Measuring cups and spoons

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Add ½ cup rolled oats, 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I recommend 1st Phorm Level-1 or Clean Simple Eats (code TAMI)), 1 5.3 oz. Container vanilla Greek Yogurt (I used Chobani Zero), 3 chopped strawberries, and 1 tsp Strawberry sugar-free pudding mix (I used this brand) to jar and stir until well combined.
  • Place the lid on your airtight container and put in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  • Remove jar from refrigerator, top with 2 tbsp Lite Cool Whip and remaining 2 chopped strawberries, and enjoy!
