Equipment

  • Small frying pan
  • Knife

Ingredients

  • 1 large flatbread
  • 4 oz. deli turkey
  • 8 turkey pepperonis
  • 1 spreadable cheese wedge
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato
  • Onions
  • Pickles
  • 1 tbsp ranch dressing
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  • Place a small frying pan on your cooktop and heat over medium.
  • While the pan is heating up, lay out your flatbread on a flat surface.
  • Spread your cheese wedge across the center of the wrap (don’t cover the whole thing).
  • Layer your deli turkey, turkey pepperoni, lettuce, tomato, onions, and pickles in the center of the wrap.
  • Begin folding the wrap up around the contents. Start with the top and bottom layers and make your way around the wrap to enclose everything inside (it should be rounded or pentagon shaped when you’re done).
  • Carefully add your wrap to the hot pan, fold side down to sear the wrap closed. Cook on one side for 2-3 minutes, or until the wrap is crispy.
  • Spray the top side of the wrap with cooking spray and flip it over to sear the top side. Allow to cook for another 2-3 minutes, or until the top of the wrap is crispy.
  • Remove from the pan, cut your wrap in half, and enjoy!

Notes

Be careful not to create rips or tears in your flatbread by avoiding overstuffing your wrap and making sure that you’re using a fresh wrap (older, stale ones will tear easily)
