Equipment

  • 1 baking sheet
  • 1 Measuring cups and spoons
  • 1 Small Mixing Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Low-carb tortillas I used Mission Carb Balance
  • 1/2 cup Low-fat cottage cheese I used Good Culture
  • 1/2 cup pizza or marinara sauce
  • 16 Turkey pepperonis
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Italian seasoning to taste
  • red pepper flakes to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  • Lay flatbread on baking sheet
  • Mix cottage cheese, sauce, and seasonings together in a small bowl
  • Spread across the top of the flatbread.
  • Top with cheese & turkey pepperoni.
  • Place in preheated oven for 5-7 minutes or until cheese is melted and edges are brown.
  • Enjoy!
