  • 1 Mixing bowl
  • 1 Spoon or spatula
  • 1 Measuring cups and spoons
  • 1 Small serving bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup 2% cottage cheese (I used Good Culture)
  • 1 tbsp sugar free maple syrup
  • ½ cup berries (any variety- blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
  • ¼ cup granola (I used Safe Fair banana bread granola)

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, scoop out the desired amount of cottage cheese.
  • Add the sugar free maple syrup and mix until combined.
  • Top the cottage cheese with the berries of your choice.
  • Sprinkle the granola over the top of the mixture. Enjoy!

Notes

Customize your breakfast bowl by adding other toppings such as sliced almonds, coconut flakes, or a drizzle of honey for extra indulgence.
You can prepare the breakfast bowl ahead of time for a quick meal prep option! To prep, mix the maple syrup and cottage cheese together, and place in your meal prep container. In the morning, add your desired toppings and be on your way!
