Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup Kodiak Cakes, Birthday Cake flavor
  • 2 tbsp sugar substitute
  • 1 tsp cake batter extract
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp rainbow sprinkles
  • ½ tbsp Betty Crocker frosting

Instructions
 

  • Spray a mug with cooking spray. Measure and add the dry ingredients directly into the mug.
  • Add the milk and cake batter extract to the dry ingredients.
  • Stir together until smooth with no more lumps, ensuring the dry ingredients are all combined.
  • Add the sprinkles to the cup and mix together briefly.
  • Place the mug in the microwave and cook for about 50 seconds until the cake is set. Let rest before serving. If desired, dollop or spread frosting on top and enjoy!
