Instructions
In a large skillet or a medium-sized saucepan, cook the turkey sausage over medium heat. Use a wooden spoon or spatula to break the sausage into smaller pieces as it cooks. Continue to cook the sausage until it's browned and cooked through.
Once the sausage is fully cooked, add the two cans of Rotel tomatoes to the skillet with the cooked sausage. Stir well to combine.
