Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
Core the apple: Use an apple corer or a small knife to
remove the core and seeds from the center of the apple,
creating a hollow cavity. Make sure not to cut through the
bottom of the apple.
In a small bowl, mix the cinnamon and sugar-free maple
syrup together.
Brush or drizzle the cinnamon maple mixture over the
inside and outside of the apple, making sure it's evenly
coated.
Place the coated apple in the preheated air fryer basket.
Air fry the apple at 350°F (180°C) for 10-12 minutes or
until it becomes tender and slightly caramelized. Cooking
time may vary depending on the size and type of apple, so
keep an eye on it.
Carefully remove the baked apple from the air fryer using
tongs or a spatula.
While the apple is still warm, dollop greek yogurt into the
apple and sprinkle the granola over the top, allowing it to
stick to the maple coating.
Enjoy your warm, delicious Air Fryer Maple Cinnamon
Baked Apple as a healthy dessert or snack!
