Ingredients

Equipment

  • Pie dish
  • Large Skillet
  • Cutting Board
  • Paring knife
  • Medium mixing bowl
  • Mixing spoon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Spray a pie dish or 8x8

    dish with cooking spray.

  2. Spray a large skillet with cooking spray and add the onion

and garlic. Cook on medium heat for 3-4 minutes, or until

onions are translucent. Drain any excess liquid and add to

    your baking dish.

  3. Using the same skillet, add ground beef. Cook until no

longer pink. Stir in the salt, Worcestershire sauce, and

    ketchup.

  4. Transfer the beef mixture to your baking dish and toss

around with the onions to evenly distribute. Sprinkle with

    half the cheese.

  5. In a medium mixing bowl, add the egg, milk and Bisquick.

Whisk just until combined. There may still be some lumps,

that’s ok! Do not over-mix or it can compromise the

    fluffiness of the biscuits.

  6. Pour the batter over beef mixture and top with remaining

    cheese.

  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the

    center comes out clean.

  8. Let cool for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.

    Enjoy!
