For the glaze:
1/4

Powdered sugar replacement

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 F.
Grase a 9x5 inch loaf pan, set aside.
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the Kodiak Cakes mix, vanilla protein powder, baking powder, and salt.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until combined. Gently whisk the melted oil in.
Stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, mixing gently until fully combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 20-30 minutes, or until the center is set and a toothpick comes out clean.
Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove from pan and cool completely on a cooling rack.
When the cake is cooled completely, make the optional glaze by mixing the powdered sugar and water together.
Drizzle the glaze over the cake, allowing to set for 15 minutes before slicing and eating. Enjoy!
