Equipment

  • 1 Small Mixing Bowl
  • 1 Spoon

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt (I used Dannon Light & Fit)
  • 1 tbsp whipped cream cheese
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I used Clean Simple Eats, code TAMI saves you)
  • Optional - 2-3 drops blue food coloring
  • 3 mini Chips Ahoy Cookies, crushed
  • 1 tbsp mini chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt, whipped cream cheese, protein powder, and blue food coloring.
  • Stir until well combined and the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  • Top with crushed chocolate chip cookies and mini chocolate chips, and enjoy!

Notes

If you want your dessert to be thicker, place it in the fridge for 10-15 minutes before eating.
