Notes
Feel free to use any milk of your choice, such as regular milk, coconut milk, soy milk, or oat milk, to suit your taste preferences or dietary restrictions.Adjust the sweetness according to your preference by adding more or fewer drops of liquid stevia. Alternatively, you can use other natural sweeteners like honey, maple syrup, or agave syrup.Allow the chia seeds to fully absorb the liquid by refrigerating the mixture for at least 4 hours or preferably overnight. This will result in a thicker pudding-like consistency.
