Equipment

  • 1 Large mixing bowl
  • 1 Large spoon or ice cream scooper
  • 1 Mixing spoon
  • 1 Air fryer

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb lean ground turkey
  • 1/3 cup Italian breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup Finely chopped white onion
  • 2 tbsp Minced garlic
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup Suagr-free BBQ sauce I used G. Hughes
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Add the ground beef, breadcrumbs, onions, garlic,
    cheddar, egg, worcestershire sauce, and seasonings
    to a large bowl.
  • Combine ingredients and form into one large ball.
  • Using a spoon or ice cream scooper, create 10 even
    meatballs.
  • Pre-heat air fryer to 350 degrees. Spay air fryer
    basket with cooking spray. Add meatballs into the air
    fryer in a single layer.
  • Allow meatballs to cook for 8-10 minutes. Flip.
    Continue to cook for another 8-10 minutes or until
    meatballs are cooked through (internal temperature
    should be 165 degrees).
  • Remove from air fryer, drizzle with BBQ sauce,
    serve, and enjoy!
