Equipment

  • 1 High-speed blender
  • 1 Measuring cups or food scale
  • 1 Large smoothie glass or cup

Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup Zero Sugar Strawberry Lemonade
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • ¾ cup frozen strawberries
  • 2 tbsp Low-fat vanilla ice cream

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients (lemonade, ice cream, protein powder, frozen strawberries) to a high-speed blender. Blend on high until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass, top it with some whipped cream if you’d like, and enjoy!

Notes

If you like a thinner consistency, use fewer strawberries. If you prefer a thicker consistency, use more strawberries.
