Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to high broil. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly coat it with cooking spray.

  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the sweet chili sauce, sriracha, brown sugar, and half of the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.

  3. Add the salmon cubes to the bowl and toss until evenly coated in the sauce.

  4. Arrange the salmon on one side of the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between the pieces.

  5. Place the sugar snap peas on the opposite side of the baking sheet. Drizzle with sesame oil and sprinkle with the remaining paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Toss to coat evenly.

  6. Sprinkle the salmon and sugar snap peas with everything bagel seasoning.

  7. Broil on high for approximately 8–10 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through, the peas begin to brown, and the glaze starts to caramelize. Keep a close eye on the pan, as broilers can vary in intensity. The salmon should reach an internal temperature of 145°F.

Tami’s notes

Turn up the heat by adding extra sriracha or a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes to the sauce.

If you prefer skinless salmon, remove the skin before cutting the salmon into cubes.

Not a fan of sugar snap peas? Substitute broccoli, cauliflower, asparagus, or Brussels sprouts.

For the best results, cut the salmon into evenly sized pieces so they cook at a similar rate.

Serve with steamed rice, couscous, or quinoa for a more filling meal. These sides are not included in the nutrition information below.
