It's hard to believe that December is upon us already! You know what that means, we need some easy, hot, hearty recipes that'll fill us up, warm us up, and keep us moving forward with our goals.

This week's recipe inspiration is filled with recipes that'll do just that! From my Creamy Turkey and Rice Soup, which will put your leftover turkey to good use, to our warm Carrot Cake Oatmeal Bake, which's perfect for meal prepping and enjoying on busy weekday mornings, we have your nutrition covered for the week.
